Bio:
RZN8R (pronounced “resonator”) is the moniker of producer/singer Derek Buckwalter. Derek draws from a wide array of influences, fusing his passions for new thought spirituality, and beats, to craft deep, lush, hypnotic grooves.
RZN8R has opened for heavyweight artists including A-Trak, Chromeo, Duckwrth, Thriftworks, Martin Luther, ATTLAS, ARMNHMR, Anamanaguchi, TV Girl, and more.
RZN8R has played many venues in the Bay Area, highlight including 1015 Folsom, Mezzanine, and Brick & Mortar. His appearances include Sofar Sounds, SXSW, Noise Pop, GlowCon, and Now Music SF.
